Ginga Bet: no licence found in public registers

Ginga Bet appeared in India searches only recently. We checked the licence registers on 2 Nov 2026: none of them lists it.

Our verdict

We found no licence for Ginga Bet in the public registers we checked. We could not confirm an official website or a company behind it either, so there is no way to know who runs it or whether it pays out.

What's good

  • Nothing we could confirm yet

Watch out for

  • No licence found in public registers
  • No official website confirmed
  • Company behind it is unknown

Licence

On 2 Nov 2026 we searched three public sources for Ginga Bet: the Anjouan licence register (1298 licences), the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission's list of certified sites (222 sites) and the Malta Gaming Authority's list of sites that falsely claim its licence (254 sites). None of them lists Ginga Bet.

We could not confirm an official website either. Search results lead mostly to app download pages and promotional profiles, and we found no site that an identifiable company takes responsibility for.

Sites named after the brand exist (gingabet.net), but they are information pages with no login and no company named, so we do not treat any of them as the operator’s site.

Evidence: Anjouan register, Kahnawà:ke list and MGA warning list searched 2 Nov 2026.

Who owns it

We could not identify the company behind Ginga Bet. No company name, address or registration number appears in the sources we checked.

Terms and bonus rules

We have not seen the terms of Ginga Bet, because we found no official site. Withdrawal limits and rules for cancelling winnings are unknown.

Payouts and complaints

We have no confirmed complaints about Ginga Bet yet. We will update this page if we confirm any.

Safer gambling tools

We could not check whether Ginga Bet offers deposit limits, time-outs or self-exclusion.

Who can use it

The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 bans online money games. Offering them, advertising them and processing their payments are offences. Players are treated as victims, not offenders. A licence from another country would not change this.
